You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Items that arrive damaged or faulty are replaced or refunded at no cost to you — a photo of the issue helps us resolve it quickly.
For buyer's-remorse returns (you simply changed your mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
